A unique occasion, with a person that is shaping the world of cacao today. On Tuesday September 29th Apapacho is bringing Fausto Reyes, chocolate craftsman and leader of the Slow Food Cacao Coalition from Mexico City, to New Jozi for a cacao masterclass. You will learn how to taste cacao and how it is process, but also how to prepare traditional cacao beverages. 
The masterclass includes tasting of 2 specialty cacao drinks.
